Vaporization Replacement

Capacity: 60 MMSCFD
CHI replaced three existing 20 MMSCFD direct fired vaporizers with a single remote heated 6- MMSCFD remote heated shell and tube vaporization system. The vaporization system consits of; one 60 MMSCFD (2500 MSCFH) vertical shell and tube vaporizer, two 700 BHP water/glycol heaters, two 40 hp water/glycol circulating pumps, a 6,000 gallon water/glycol expansion/storage tank, make-uppumps, a new motor control center, instrumentation and control system, emergency shutdown system, fire and combustible vapor detection system, a new odorization system, and a new metal sided building which houses the heaters, motor control center, circulating pumps, water/glycol storage tank, make-up pumps, and a new control room.
