This custody transfer facility on the shores of the Fore River in Weymouth, MA was safely built while the adjacent high pressure station remained in service. The design included a hot tap on the transmission line, metering, preheat, pressure regulation, odorization and control equipment that exceeded the requirements of both Duke Energy and Keyspan Energy Delivery.
