CHI provided permitting, land acquisition, and design-build services for a 16" diameter, 4.4 mile long pipeline through suburban Connecticut. The pipeline included a difficult 2,600 ft. directional drill through a solid rock ridge. The pipeline was permitted and constructed on a fast track, and included Connecticut Siting Council filings, as well as other Federal, State, and local permits. | |
