CHI Engineers and Construction Managers successfully designed and built this new custody transfer meter / regulator station in Middletown, CT. The joint facilities were built to Duke Energy and Yankee Gas' requirements. The scope of work included site work, building, gas filtration, metering, preheating, pressure regulation, and odorization as well as an emergency generator installation.
