Design and construction for the rebuild of the Weymouth Gate Station piping to provide additional preheat and measurement of the flow increase through the station as a result of the NE Gateway project by Spectra Energy. As a part of this project CHI installed new 30" piping to reduce pressure drop at the new flow rates, a new 5 MMBtu waterbath heater and two 16" ultrasonic meter runs with a meter/DAC building. The project was preformed on a very tight schedule due to the critical nature of the Weymouth Gate Station to Spectra's overall gas supply system. The project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
